Your stay – a detailed overview

Due to the high number of surgeries and procedures we perform each year, we have developed a standardised approach for inpatient stays to support quality assurance and place the focus on patients. This is not a set of rigid targets; instead, it defines guidelines for our operations and the relevant measures required at different stages. So, to help you acclimatise, we would like to give you an idea of what you can expect during a typical stay with us. 

We know that the procedure ahead of you inherently triggers feelings of uncertainty, anxiety and fear. In the hopes of allaying the majority of your concerns long before your appointment, we have put together important information about your stay at our clinic. 

The Martini-Klinik has private and dual-occupancy rooms with WiFi access. You will also have a multimedia terminal beside your bed, from which you can browse the internet, watch TV and make telephone calls. You are also welcome to bring a laptop or tablet with you. This ensures that you can stay in touch with business contacts and loved ones during your stay.
